Counseling Approach & Experience

Andrew Believes that in spite of the variety of challenges, struggles, and issues individuals face, each has the ability to live a more abundant life. Andrew aims to assist clients in discovering the path best suited for them to resolve past and present issues. He provides a non-judgmental, encouraging, and safe space where individuals can discuss their story and goals, while working towards healing and growth.

Andrew approaches counseling in a holistic manner by helping to identify and address areas of growth in the client's mental, spiritual, relational, and physical domains. This process involves drawing from a variety of counseling approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Andrew believes that every person is deeply loved by Jesus, who offers healing, growth, and restoration to all individuals in a variety of ways. As we each have a story that is unique and personal, counseling sessions are tailored to the specific needs of each client. Andrew has experience working with ADDICTION, TRAUMA, ABUSE, GRIEF & LOSS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, and RELATIONAL ISSUES.
