Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Anthropology in 2015 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, she spent a year working for a counseling agency that provided services to children and their families. In 2021 she completed her Master of Arts degree in Counseling at Western Seminary, and is now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (MC61155692) in the state of Washington.
Lauren enjoys working with teens and adults, from a diverse range of backgrounds. She assists her clients in identifying goals and works with them to create a personalized plan to move toward these goals. Lauren believes each person has good within them, and works with clients to uncover these hidden strengths and abilities. She enjoys helping clients retell their stories in a new way, while addressing unhelpful thinking patterns.
