Savannah believes that change, and even transformation, is possible. She aims to provide a nonjudgmental and empathetic space for clients to gain insight and create new ways of being.

Her approach to counseling is integrative—it is client-centered, relational, experiential, and psychodynamic. She also implements principles from existential and positive psychotherapy approaches and the Townsend model.

Savannah hopes to help individual adults better navigate the difficulties and challenges related to SELF-ESTEEM, LIFE TRANSITIONS, RELATIONAL ISSUES, ANXIETY, STRESS, GRIEF, SPIRITUALITY, and PERSONAL GROWTH.

Savannah is available for online/telehealth services only.
