I use a person-centered approach to counseling, weaving in elements of acceptance and commitment therapy along the way. I use play therapy when working with children and like to bring some of these creative elements into my work with teens and adults, as well. My goal is to tailor all counseling sessions to best fit the unique needs of each individual based on their developmental stage, personality, life story, and goals for counseling. I hope to provide a space of healing and empowerment for Children, Adolescents, and Adults experiencing ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, BEHAVIORAL DIFFICULTIES, RELATIONAL ISSUES, LIFE TRANSITIONS, and RECOVERY FROM ABUSE or TRAUMA.
