I use a solution-focused perspective when counseling, and also incorporate elements of narrative therapy into sessions. As each client is unique, I work to tailor my approach to the individual. I have experience working with children and young women. I am interested in working with those who are struggling with RELATIONAL ISSUES, AGING, ANXIETY, LIFE TRANSITIONS, and DEPRESSION.
