Counseling Experience

Ravi has had the privilege of 3 years of overseas volunteer experience throughout Asia, Africa, Central America, and Europe, that has allowed him to see the world from many perspectives. During that time, he worked alongside many young adults in a Christian mentor role through an organization called Adventures in Missions. He loves to study and enjoys learning from each and every client, coming alongside them as best as possible. He strongly believes that understanding where we come from is vital to growth.

Counseling Approach

Ravi's desire is to empower others to reach their goals and overcome their challenges in the counseling setting. He believes that each client is an expert on themselves and that his role is to help clients get to where they want to go. He values vulnerability, partnership, trust, and even laughter in the counseling relationship. He operates from both Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well as Psychodynamic, depending on what is most helpful for each individual person.

Ravi is originally from from Texas, but absolutely loves the PNW and has an adoration for the outdoors here. He loves riding his bike, hiking, cooking, and drinking coffee with his wife.
