I believe that change, and even transformation, is possible. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental and empathetic space for you to gain insight and create new ways of being. My approach to counseling is integrative—it is client-centered, relational, experiential, and psychodynamic. I also implement principles from existential and positive psychotherapy approaches and the Townsend model. I hope to help individuals navigate SELF-ESTEEM, LIFE TRANSITIONS, RELATIONAL ISSUES, ANXIETY, STRESS, GRIEF, SPIRITUALITY, and PERSONAL GROWTH.
