Savannah believes that change, and even transformation, is possible. She aims to provide a nonjudgmental and empathetic space for clients to gain insight and create new ways of being.
Her approach to counseling is integrative—it is client-centered, relational, experiential, and psychodynamic. She also implements principles from existential and positive psychotherapy approaches and the Townsend model.
Savannah hopes to help individuals better navigate the difficulties and challenges related to SELF-ESTEEM, LIFE TRANSITIONS, RELATIONAL ISSUES, ANXIETY, STRESS, GRIEF, SPIRITUALITY, and PERSONAL GROWTH.
