Counseling Approach:

One of the greatest privileges in life is walking with someone through their pain, questions, and growth. My counseling is rooted in a holistic, faith-based integration of Restoration Therapy (RT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe lasting change occurs when we compassionately engage every part of who we are while keeping Christ at the center.

I offer a safe, empathetic space where clients can process their stories, experience internal healing, and move toward greater wholeness. My goal is to help you encounter God’s restorative work in your life and step into the freedom and purpose He has for you.

Ministry Experience:

I have over nine years of experience in various ministry roles, including mission trips, middle and high school youth group leadership, and volunteering at a soup kitchen specifically designed to equip young adults experiencing homelessness with practical tools to leave the streets and rebuild their lives. I also helped found a college and young adult small group program and was able to successfully hand it off to the next leader.
