Counseling Approach:

I believe every person has inherent value, dignity, and worth as someone created in the image of God. Life can bring seasons of pain, uncertainty, loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and questions about self, identity, as well as purpose. My desire is to provide a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate these struggles.

Rooted in my Christian faith, I view counseling as an opportunity to come alongside others, meeting them where they are at. I am passionate about helping individuals discover healing and growth by exploring the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships that shape their lives. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I seek to understand each person's unique story and walk alongside them as they move toward greater freedom and hope.

Whether you are facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, emotional difficulties, or spiritual questions, I would be honored to walk with you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Ministry Experience:

Jalaya has had the privilege to be a part of church ministry for the past 15  years. Presently, she serves alongside her husband who is the worship pastor at their church, and she also helps with the youth/young adults gatherings. She loves ministry and the role that it has in serving the body of Christ.
