While we are a business, and not a church or charitable organization, it is our desire that cost never be a hinderance to anyone needing/desiring our counseling and care. Therefore, we offer a wide range of fee options, and in some cases, partial scholarships or sliding fee scales may be available. Please inquire with our Administrator prior to scheduling about any financial assistance that may be available.

Professional Counselor Associates Services
ANLCC's standard charges account for insurance billing, credentialing, claims submission, payment delays, denials, reconciliation, contractual write-offs, and administrative overhead. Clients who elect self-pay receive a standardized discounted rate because those administrative and collection costs are substantially reduced.
ANLCC offers two standard psychotherapy session options for individuals, couples, and families:
Standard 50-minute session:

Insurance Coverage
We are currently pending with multiple insurances, but for now, we are primarily an out-of-pocket, full fee practice. Click below and scroll down the page for a listing of our therapists who currently take insurance. In addition, Brad Peterson currently is in network with United Healthcare.
For all other clients who have insurance and wish to explore potential "out-of-network" coverage on their policy with one of our counseling professionals, we strongly advise that you check with your insurance company before scheduling an intake appointment, including your deductible and percentage of your co-insurance, as both will be deducted prior to them reimbursing you any amount of session fees.
For anyone utilizing their "out-of-network" benefits, you will be billed and expected to pay for the full self-pay session amount at the time of service. We will provide a "super-bill" that lists the dates of service, diagnosis code(s), treatment code(s), and fees collected, so that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement from them to you.
