Clinical Experience & Approach
Brooklyn has worked in a community mental health setting, where she had the privilege of counseling individuals from diverse backgrounds who were facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. This experience strengthened her ability to meet clients with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique stories.
She is passionate about bridging the gap between mental health and spirituality, creating space for clients to explore both emotional healing and deeper meaning in their lives. She believes therapy should be a collaborative and empowering process where clients feel supported within the counseling room, while also equipped with practical tools and insight to carry into everyday life.
Her approach is warm, relational, and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping clients build greater self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.
Additional Experience
In addition to her mental health training, she is also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, which only deepens and enriches her understanding of the connection between mind and body, resulting in a holistic approach to wellness that honors both physical and emotional health.
Brooklyn is particularly equipped to work with clients navigating high-functioning anxiety, burnout, depression, eating disorders, body image and self-esteem concerns, health and nutrition-related challenges, spirituality, interpersonal dynamics, and attachment-related patterns.
